This day-long manuscript workshop engages with The Currency of Politics (under contract with Princeton University Press) by Stefan Eich, Perkins-Cotsen Postdoctoral Fellow in the Society of Fellows in the Liberal Arts. Building on the observation that political considerations of money were once a staple of political thought but have since been widely neglected by political theorists, The Currency of Politics reconstructs six moments of monetary crisis and recovers their underlying political dimension.
