The Center for Global India will be hosting a book talk Divya Cherian's new book "Merchants of Virtue: Hindus, Muslins, and Untouchables in Eighteenth-Century South Asia" explores the question of what it meant to be Hindu in precolonial South Asia.  Aniruddhan Vasudevan (fellow; Anthropology) will be the discussant.
